1. What Memly Is

Memly is a learning platform that helps you study more effectively through notes, flashcards, and AI-assisted recall.

We offer both free and paid plans, with additional features available through a subscription.

3. Using Memly

You may use Memly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure,
• The content you upload, generate, or share within Memly,
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

Memly is intended for users aged 13 and above.

4. Your Content

You own the content you create or upload to Memly (such as notes, flashcards, and documents).

By using Memly, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content — including through AI models — for the purpose of providing, improving, and personalizing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. You can delete your data or account at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some features in Memly use AI (such as the OpenAI API) to generate flashcards or study materials.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and using them critically. Memly is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated information.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan,
• Authorize Lemon Squeezy to process your payment information securely,
• Understand that subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled.

We do not store your payment details directly.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@memly.app.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including design, software, and branding — is owned by Memly or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute parts of Memly without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

Memly is provided “as is.”

We aim to offer a reliable and secure service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality.

We are not liable for: loss of data; AI-generated inaccuracies; or service interruptions beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memly and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including data loss, revenue loss, or interruptions in use.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and protect your data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we’ll notify users via email or through the app.
